1. Warranty Coverage

  • Our display fake food models are delivered in good condition and covered by a 2-month limited warranty for color touch up only.
  • This warranty does not cover damages caused by mishandling, improper storage, exposure to grease, dust, moisture, or prolonged light exposure.

2. Touch-Up & Service Fees

Due to the nature of display environments (dust, grease, spotlight brightness, and moisture), color fading and surface changes may occur over time. Touch-up services are available under the following terms:

(a) Color Fading Touch Up

  • 0 – 2 months: Covered under warranty (no charge).

  • 3 – 6 months: Touch up charged at 60% of the original item price.

  • 6 – 12 months: Touch up charged at 90% of the original item price.

  • After 12 months: No touch up services will be accepted.

(b) No Direct Spotlight on Display Models

  • Continuous direct spotlight focus may cause color fading over time.

  • We strongly recommend using LED lights (non-spotlight type) for safer, long-term display.


(c) Broken Parts

  • If a display model is broken, recovery is very difficult to achieve the original look.

  • Each case will be analyzed individually, depending on the condition.

  • Reminder: Handle all display models with gentle care to avoid breakage.


3. Important Customer Reminder

To extend the lifespan of your display fake food models and minimize the need for repairs:

  • Best Protection: Store and display using acrylic display boxes.

  • Second Protection: Wrap models with clear plastic when not in use.

  • Keep models away from grease, moisture, spotlight focus, direct sunlight, and dusty environments.

  • Handle with care during movement and transportation.
